In a mail from David Entwistle:

Hildebrand believes fragments of the meteor may be around Redwater, 68 
km northeast of Edmonton, especially in the area of Township Road 574 
and Range Road 220.

oh well - fragments of a meteor  ..... 
and in a former corrected (!!!) Nature article from Norman W. McLeod III  there is 
a meteor laying on the martian surface ......

oh well 
when do we ever learn using the right terms
