(meteorobs) Anything unusual over Indiana tonight?

Joe, there was a re-entry of cosmos 1025 due 11:32 Ut March 10 +/= 6 hours.
If it was this it would have to be travelling S-N ( inclination 82 deg.)
What time zone are we talking about here. The orbit plane is within
asay 1000km but this means one HAS to certain about the time
particularly at such a critical time.

PS remind the person in Indiana that fireballs are a lot more common
than re-entrying objects.
