(meteorobs) OT lunar eclipse tonight

I can't seem to find the right times for  viewing the eclipse here in western
Turkey.
Can some of your astronomy  people help me?

I guess what I've been reading about the eclipse  starting at sunset is
wrong.

Do any of you have the correct  times?
