(meteorobs) Dec 22 - Will be radio monitoring - New Mexico

I am radio monitoring for the possible Ursid outburst today. 2100 UT is 
2 pm in the afternoon here in New Mexico so a potential outburst should 
stand out against the normal afternoon background on my Spectrum Lab 
spectrographs.

Monitoring : 61.250 MHz, 83.250 MHz, and 40.530 MHz
