Yes, from that link, the Iridiums are implicated

So, for Ankara, 13. August 2007, there are these Iridium flares (on the
image from bottom to top):
Iridium 6, 0:16:16 UT
Iridium 51, 0:24:45
Iridium 7, 0:25:31
Iridium 8, 0:34:49
Iridium 4, 0:44:07
