Javor gave a link already, though I found the software at the IMO website in their "Software" section where there are additional tools for meteor enthusiasts.  That link is:

Also, note that it appears to be portable which can come in handy when you use multiple computers.  I extracted the contents of the downloaded .zip file directly to a USB flash drive.  Then, just clicked on the .exe file on the flash drive and was off and running.  No install routine like typical software.
