(meteorobs) Is Meteorobs still functioning?

Dear meteorobs.org subscribers:
       I believe that the communications difficulties reported by multiple 
members of this forum can be attributed to ISPs' gateways to the Web.   I 
say that because when I logged in on Tuesday (& today) to my ISP at home 
(Netscape), the resulting screen advised me that "the page cannot be 
displayed".    Suspecting that there may have been an issue strictly 
applicable to my home phone line or PC, I promptly walked to my neighborhood 
public library, which subscribes to AOL.   I heard one of the librarian 
ladies there specifically say "the page cannot be displayed" when she tried 
to pull up her e-mail.
        Mr. Moderator, please re-evaluate my status as to the 
appropriateness of message posting on a forum-wide basis.   Thank you for 
your attention.
